Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using Votaka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
Votaka is a voice generation and audio playback application that provides:
Votaka does not request storage permissions or other device permissions.
New users receive a 7-day free trial to explore all premium features without any limitations. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using premium services.
3.1.1 Users must provide accurate email addresses for registration and complete email verification.
3.1.2 Google account quick login is supported for faster registration.
3.1.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3.2.1 Users must not share, transfer, or lend their accounts to others.
3.2.2 Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their accounts.
3.2.3 We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be compromised.
3.3.1 Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3.3.2 Users under 18 must have parental consent to use our services.
4.1.1 New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
4.1.2 Trial period begins upon account creation and successful verification.
4.1.3 Users will be notified 3 days before trial expiration.
4.1.4 Trial is limited to one per user and cannot be combined with other offers.
4.2.1 Premium features require an active subscription after the trial period.
4.2.2 Subscriptions are available through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
4.2.3 Subscription fees and features are clearly displayed in the app.
4.2.4 We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
4.3.1 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.3.2 Users can cancel auto-renewal through their app store account settings.
4.3.3 Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period.
4.3.4 No refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions.
4.4.1 All payments are processed securely through Google Play and Apple App Store.
4.4.2 We do not store payment information on our servers.
4.4.3 Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or distributing content that:
5.2.1 Services are for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.2.2 Excessive usage that impacts service quality may be limited.
5.2.3 Automated usage or API abuse is prohibited.
5.2.4 Users must not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application.
5.3.1 Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
5.3.2 Generated audio content belongs to the user.
5.3.3 Users grant us necessary licenses to process their content.
6.1.1 Votaka application, software, and core technology are owned by us.
6.1.2 Text-to-speech and audio processing technology and algorithms are proprietary.
6.1.3 App interface, branding, and trademarks are protected.
6.2.1 By uploading content, users grant us a limited license to process and convert it.
6.2.2 This license is revocable and expires when content is deleted.
6.2.3 We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.
6.3.1 We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices.
6.3.2 Users can report copyright infringement through our support channels.
7.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.
7.2 User data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7.3 We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
8.1.1 We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
8.1.2 Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
8.1.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.
8.2.1 Support is available through in-app feedback and email.
8.2.2 Response times may vary based on issue complexity.
8.2.3 We provide documentation and user guides within the app.
9.1.1 Users can delete their accounts at any time through app settings.
9.1.2 Account deletion will remove all associated data.
9.1.3 Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
9.2.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9.2.2 Users will be notified of termination with explanation.
9.2.3 Appeals can be submitted through support channels.
9.3.1 Upon termination, all rights to use the service cease.
9.3.2 User data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9.3.3 Outstanding payments remain due.
10.1.1 Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10.1.2 We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or secure service.
10.1.3 Generated audio content quality may vary and is not guaranteed.
10.2.1 We do not verify accuracy of user-uploaded content or generated audio.
10.2.2 Users are responsible for reviewing and validating their content.
10.3.1 We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or services.
10.3.2 Links to external services do not imply endorsement.
10.3.3 Users access third-party services at their own risk.
10.4.1 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.
10.4.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.4.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations.
Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
12.1.1 We will notify users of material changes to these terms.
12.1.2 Notifications will be sent via email and in-app announcements.
12.1.3 Users will have opportunity to review changes before they take effect.
12.2.1 Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12.2.2 Users may terminate service if they disagree with changes.
13.1.1 International users agree to these governing law provisions.
13.2.1 Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
13.2.2 If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to competent courts.
13.2.3 Users may also pursue consumer protection remedies in their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and Votaka regarding the use of our services.
